I have had a few interviews before but this interview was by far the best I have ever had. The interviewer immediately put me at ease, the questions he asked were very open which allowed me to answer in the best possible way I could, to sell myself. He listened to my answers with not just his ears but always his eyes — this made me feel like he was listening to my every word, and would ask questions relating to answers I had given allowing me to elaborate further. I think an interview can very often give you an impression of the company, and if it wasn't for this interview I may never have accepted the job offer I was given.
